David Hasselhoff of the Knight Rider and Baywatch fame, and his ex-wife Pamela Bach, are selling their Encino home for $5.950 million as part of their divorce agreement which was finalized last year. Haseelhoff’s five bedroom house was built in 1988 and is considered one of the nicest homes in the area. It has a gourmet kitchen, five and a half baths, an office, elevator, library, sports bar, two story living rooms, a media room and a master suite with a fireplace.

Shaq’s Miami Mansion Down From $35M To $25M

The price of the Miami mansion owned by basketball superstar Shaquille O’Neal has been reduced from the original market price of $35 million to the present selling price of only $25 million. Shaq’s 19.440-square foot Star Island mansion has been off the market for a while but is back after the deal did not go through.

The Phoenix Sun star player purchased the property in 2004 for only $18.8 million.  It was previously owned by soda magnate Juan Carlos Correa who included the home furniture in the sale for an additional $1 million.
