Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer lists his mansion in Miami for $6.9M

Carlos Boozer is a Utah Jazz stalwart player who helped his team to reach the NBA playoffs last season. Now, he is being reported for listing his waterfront mansion in Miami, Florida which he purchased for $7,300,000.00 back in 2007.

As reported, the reason behind the listing of his mansion is the ongoing divorce from his wife Cindy Boozer. This mansion is being listed for as much as $6,900,000.00. It was originally built in 1996 and features some hot spots including a state of the art media room, gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and spacious eat in area, five bedrooms, five full and two half baths, smart house technology, hardwood flooring, etc.

The mansion also includes a terrace, guest house, swimming pool, dock and boat lift, and three-car garage on its outdoor. Aside from this mansion, Carlos Boozer has also owned and still owns sold several properties which include a house, townhouse, condominium unit, and another mansion located in several states.
