Taylor Swift recently became an owner of the luxurious apartment in Nashville, Tennessee.

The famous “Love Story” singer paid $1,990,000 on her new 4,062 square foot pad that has three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Aside from racking up new purchases, Ms Swift recently took to her myspace blog to express her gratitude for friends and family. The blonde cutie wrote, “Thank you January. I have had this month off. I have walked on snow-covered grass and discovered new coffee shops and laughed hysterically with friends about things that probably weren’t technically funny. “
