Yes, it is true. A grenade was found on the center of the floor of a foreclosed house located at Clarke County, Georgia. Fortunately, the grenade was recovered by the Georgia Bomb Squad and detonated it in the backyard. The grenade was actually found by a foreclosure specialist named as Mike Seger and at first, he even thought that it’s made of plastic. After realizing that the grenade is real, he eventually called 911 and reported the incident. After that incident, Mike Seger also realized how lucky he was to stay alive. It could have resulted to a different ending where he and the other foreclosure specialist, Jackie Quig, could’ve died. This incident should also be a lesson for everybody especially to those who likes looking at foreclosure properties.
