Danny Bonaduce, a former child actor and currently a radio host, had purchased a home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles back in 1999 for as much as $985,000. He sold this same house in 2002 for $1,275,000. This year, the house was sold once again to a non celebrity buyer for $1,381,000.

The non celebrity buyer bought the house from the Bank of New York after it went into foreclosure. This house was built in 1995 and measures approximately 5,676 square feet.
