In this electronic world, no one would expect that a bicycle would make a lot of money in real estate until Matt, a broker in Boulder got frustrated over a lost sale which eventually became a blessing in disguise. His client, who went on a cruiser bike and drove around the neighbourhood of the hotel where he was staying, happened to meet a guy who wanted to sell his house.
