The creator of Weeds Jenji Kohan is now listing her long time house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz for $1.597-million.

According to the listing records, Kohan purchased her house last 1996 for only $520,000. The 2,980-square-foot house was built in 1927.

The house features a two and a half baths, 1920s details, beamed ceilings, a hand-painted mural entry foyer, a hand-hewn wrought iron circular stairway, a turret sitting room, and a Cordon Bleu kitchen with an Aga range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator.
